Cancellation Policy - 24 hours

Snowman Shuttles requires all reservations to be secured with credit card details.

For cancellations received prior to 24 hours before travel we charge 10% of the transport fare as a cancellation fee.

Within 24 hours of scheduled travel, cancellations will incur the full cost of transport.

Mt Hutt Closure

If Mt Hutt is closed or on hold in the morning and Porters Ski Area is open, we will travel to Porters Ski Area as an alternative to Mt Hutt.

If Porters is also closed we will cancel the trip without charge.
